Six-week Sessions

 

Geared toward individual instruction in a small group setting with a maximum of four creative students per class. Ages 7-17.

 

Cost of $150 per 6-week class. Each class consists of 6 sessions which are 1-1/4 hours long. Art materials are supplied, except for student's personal sketchbook. We will begin with creative exercises, then develop directional training for each student, with a focus on the Elements of Design. We can bill directly for EPIC students.

 

We currently have one class time scheduled - Tuesdays - 1:00 to 2:15 pm.

 

Session 2: March 5, 12 & 26; April 2, 9 & 16.

 

CREATIVE EXPERIENCES-CLASSES

Four Evening Classes

This class will introduce you to the proper use of the etching press, and will teach the basics of three printmaking processes - monoprint, block print, and dry point. Each three 3-hour session will begin with  teaching/demonstration of one technique, followed by creative studio time, with each student creating their own work of art using that technique. The fourth session will provide studio time for each student to further explore their choice of the three processes.

 

Cost: $195 - This covers instruction, supplies required for each session's project, use of studio tools, and light refreshments. Additional supplies are offered for sale at a reasonable price. Each completing student may purchase up to three additional hours of studio time for the bargain rate of $10 per hour.

Monday Session 2: March 11 & 25; April 1, 8, 15 & 22.

Tuesday Session 2: March 5, 12 & 26; April 2, 9 & 16.
